How long did it take to sell your Trail Manor

Most ads I only used 6 pictures and then the link. I have the pictures at the request of a prospective buyer from Indiana.

Very difficult time of year to sell any RV especially with the rising certainty of a significant recession...that said, it is worth it to buy an ad on
RVT.com (or the like, some sites are cheaper for "ad until it sells" and RVT.com allowed more characters for a FULL description)....(like all RVs) TM seems to have a cult-like following AND friends tell friends in other states...we were lucky to locate a couple over a thousand miles away and ours sold in under a month (buyers drove to CO to pay with cash, literally, sans dickering and trail it home).

(IMO) Seems serious lookers view prospects here on TMO but most prospects aren't "in the know" and tend to frequent well known RV selling sites (and tend to avoid craigslist.org).

On craigslist you need to refresh every few days. To keep it fresh, I delete and re-activate as often as the site lets me.

I have a small item listed on craigslist and it is good for 6 wks at a time...is it different for vehicles?
I've sold a bike, bike wheels with studded tires and a few ski equipment items
and advertise locally for heated garage storage availability but nothing that is priced over a couple hundred bucks (wary of the scams/trolls...worse than a few years ago-IMO).

Vehicles are no different but what he’s saying is of you refreshing or delete and repost the ad, it stays towards the top of the listings. If you just let it run the 6 weeks it will be so far down the only way people will likely see it is if it comes up in a search.
