Haven't bought this yet, because we haven't bought the TV yet. (Side note: part of camping, for me, is to get away from TV, but wife doesn't quite see it that way . . . and she has her eye on about a 30-inch one.)
But hanging the TV above the sink seems awkward, especially if it's large enough to stick out into the hallway. So I think I'll do an articulating wall mount, probably mounting it streetside just forward of the picture window, to be close to the cable connection and in the living area instead of the kitchen.
Found a place called mycablemart.com which has several articulating arm TV mounts, made for RVs. This one
www.mycablemart.com/store/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=6978 comes with two wall mount plates, for a second location (bedroom or outside). The arm is easy to lift off for traveling or moving to the second location.
I think the wall plate should have through bolts (going all the way through the wall to the outside, with appropriate large washers and weather sealing) to be sure not to pull out the screws, but otherwise a simple job.
This one's only $17.86, and you can also buy extra wall plates for $4.28 ea.
I'll post pictures when the job is done.
