Default TM Mini

I just spotted the new Trailmanor Mini (TrailMini) on the Trailmanor web site. I didn't find any further information than just the picture, though.

Lots of pictures - but no info - are at "Jim's Public Gallery" - I think he is a marketing guy.

This is interesting from a pricing point of view. They left off one whole shell, its lift system, etc, and the price reduction from a 2619 is only $3k.

Well it does look like a shrunken 2619. Its biggest drawback will be internal storage. The data sheet does not list gray and fresh water water storage either. I would assume it would have 20 gallon fresh, but I wonder what gray water storage might be?

Sleeps 3 to 4? 2 would have to munchkins.

Neat design. Looks like it could be towed by Chevy Volt...

I thought that this would be a great unit for young couples, just starting out, but the price pretty much leaves them out.
I guess they are aiming at the retired couple with retirement funds.

Great concept, great design and implementation otherwise. I think it may have it's nitch.

Default The Mini

The last week of May (2009) I stopped by the factory for a tuneup on my TM. I spent some time in the Mini with one of the engineers. It should be well received by the buying public.

Wink

Gads Mike, you must be in some sort of a time warp. ;-)

Default Yep

Time is not the only thing I have that is warped. After working 7 days a week for the last 4 months in Kentucky ( and seldom knowing what day of the week is was), upon arriving home here in Lubbock, TX, I turned off my brain.

Should have been April (2009)
