I think I know which one this is (I was looking at it today ). From the pictures, it looks like the equivalent of a 2619, what makes me think this is that the shot of the rear bed doesn't have any storage under it.

Email the seller and ask them what size of a bed it has in the rear. If it's a full-size bed, then it's like a 2619.

The smallest TM would fit your family. You and your wife would have one bed, and the children would each have their own beds. The front bed is a full-sized bed and the dinette makes into a full-sized bed. We have two teenagers and they do just fine in our 2720, which has the same front measurements as the 2619. The only difference is a queen sized bed in the back vs. a full-sized bed.

You might be able to fit it into your garage. Our 2720 is 20'3"long, so if it's the same as a 2619, it should be 19'3" feet long.

If you can, you should go and look at it to see if the corners are OK. The older TM's had more wood in the framing than the new ones.

PS check the factory specs for weight. The smallest TM when loaded is over 3k lbs
