We are looking at purchasing a used/preowned TM. Specifically, a 1994 3023.
We have tried camping in tents in the past and have gotten rained out everytime. So, now we stay at hotels or resorts. In some of our travels it would be great to be able to stop and sleep at a rest stop; especially when we are travelling through Kansas. Is it legal to stop at a rest stop, put up the TM and sleep for the night? It would be great to travel till your tired and not have to worry about finding a hotel that suits your needs. Thanks, Angela Love P.S. I know it may be a silly question, but you never know till you ask! |

Check with the specific state, we have found that some allow it and others don't.

WA State DOT limits rest stop usage to 8 hours. Some have RV Dumps.
