I found a used 2720SL near us and I am "pretty sure" that my Nissan Quest will tow it with a brake package and tranny cooler as long as I do not try and climb mountains with it.
Questions: - Since I will be doing a lot of dry camping how much gernerator do I need to run the A/C, refrig? - Is there a black tank? |

I would say you need a 3000 watt minimum. Some others might give you a better answer from experience. The refrigerator does well on propane. The toilet is a recirculating toilet and has a built in tank. For two people you can usually get by 2 or 3 days before emptying it. I think it is 10 gallons. I have a used 2720SL on this site also.

You didn't mention the age of the TM. Is the A/C in the roof, or in the sidewall in the kitchen area? If it is on the roof, then you probably need 3KW to run it, though a few people say they get by on 2 KW. If it is on the sidewall, 2 KW is probably adequate, since the side-mounted A/C is (if I remember correctly) a smaller unit.
As Bill Dean said, run the refrig on propane. Bill |

It is a 2004 model
Thanks for all the quick replies. My girl had a few questions about the shower and I e-mailed her a thread link. She was like, "They have a TM forum? Cool!" ![]() |

I, er, stand corrected. The toilet is a 6 gallon.
