In the units with the king beds can you sleep opposite the normal side to side direction so that one doesn't have crawl over the other to get out of bed? This would make a big difference. Thank you, Cathy

Yes, you can. We sleep with our feet pointed towards the rear window.

I posted a poll about which direction people slept in their TM beds back in 2004, but it apparently didn't survive the board conversion. I was surprised to find that people did sleep that way in their king sized beds. To me, that would be a big plus.

THat is why we chose to purchase the 3124KS with a king size bed. We decided we were too old to climb over in the middle of the night. We sleep with our feet toward the kitchen. THere is plenty of room. We bought a long, slim covered basket (available in Walmart and all bed & bath shops) to hold our glasses and a small battery run clock. It fits between the matress and outside wall. Queeniereads aka Judi

I really appreciate your replies. The only TM we have seen was a 2720SL that some people in the RV park had just gotten and offered us a tour. We hope to be officially looking for a used unit later this month. We have had our eye on them for years as we had liked the pop-ups but wanted the bathroom and refrigerator - that's what makes a place "home". Thanks, Cathy
