Default Camping around Cincinnati

For a city this size, the choices are rather thin. Mostly state and county parks.

East Fork State Park
-------------------
After several recommendations, we decided to stay here over Memorial weekend. This park is located on the eastern side of the metro loop. Nice sites. Well maintained bathrooms. The hiking trails (at least the one we did) were not well maintained.

Winton Woods - Hamilton County Park
------------------------------------
The next weekend we decided to try one of the two county parks. This one is located on the north side. The sites were not bad. We actually seen another TM there. The only negative was that there was only one bath house and it was up at the beginning of the park (and we were on the far end). The trails around the lake are paved and well traveled. They have a big wetpark (free) for the kids as well as a few nice playgrounds.
