Donde1, There is a lot of confusion about the TM. It is relatively new to the public as they are beginning to find out about it now. Originally, any new idea was a an option to be paid for separately. Now they are included by the dealer that they seem to be included in the for sale price. This adds to the confusion, but the NADA site has provisions for including these features as options. You should know the details of the TM, such as the size of the furnace and air conditioner, etc. in order more precisely use the NADA site. With all these options included now by the factory (plus there are more options available from the factory than you can shake a stick at) maybe this is why the TM seems to be more expensive than other Rvs. While you may save a bit of money by buying from an owner, buying from a dealer may have some support in time of need from the dealers. Most owners of TMs are so choice of their TM that they take relatively good care of them. There are those who like to "off road" their TMs which cause them to be not in as good a condition. You probably have scanned the messages in this site and realize the points to examine on a used one. You will also note, that there doesn't seem to be any weakness that is common with all TMs. Just as with any vehicle, there will be some depreciation with use. Depending on its use, and how it is maintained, a weaker point may appear.
