Taking Delivery of 2020 2720QS Next Week
I just bought a new-to-me 2020 2720QS from Custom Rv Sales in Hawaiian Gardens, CA. This will be my third trailer moving from a 1993 Jayco 1006 to a 2006 Chalet 1930XL to now a TrailManor.

Hey Soter01, welcome!! Love our 2009 2720SD. Three cross country trips, and many trips around the west. I have tried to contact Custom RV last winter and didn’t get a call back. Do you have a current phone number for them?
Thank you,
Tony

Welcome Soter01!
I too have a 2720 QS. Mine is a 2023 and I even live in your area. A bit south of you. I visited Custom RV also but ended up buying elsewhere. The QS model wasn't my first choice as I found the seat and slide out bed to be uncomfortable. But I managed to make slight customizations to it to fix that and now I find it quite comfortable. I put an extra fridge and chair in the open space and now I think the layout might be even better than the SD or QB models. At least for my needs since it will usually only be just me and my wife using it. Good luck to you and feel free to compare notes with me!

The best advice I received from other TrailManor owners is to level the unit before attempting to open it. I use a device that lifts one of the tires for side to side leveling. Front to back is easy using the tongue jack. If you open in then it is not level, it will tear itself apart and reduce the life of the trailer.
The 2nd bit of advice is to get an Andersen weight distribution hitch. This is particularly important if you have a smaller, front wheel drive vehicle. If you are using a Chevy Suburban, you probably don't need it.
