Power jack with fold-away hitch. Stabilizing jacks have all been upgraded. Awning in good shape. Upgraded speakers and TV/DVD player included. I swapped out the recirculating toilet to a real porcelain one. Good tires and changed wheel bearings and drum brakes last year.
We have been very meticulous with its care and cleanliness. I have had it stored at my house and always kept it covered. Everything works and it is ready to camp in. No water damage, no leaks. We are upgrading to a larger camper since our family has grown considerably. If you are new to a Trailmanor, I will be glad to show you all my tips and tricks for set up.
