Excellent condition 2008 Model 2720 Trailmanor folding camper trailer for sale. I have owned it since new. It has always been stored under cover. Never stored exposed to the elements. Purchased with many factory options. Owner has installed many unique upgrades to make this trailer ready for easy long term dry camping and convenient/dependable operation. All factory options and owner upgrades are itemized below.

Trailmanors are the lightest, most fuel efficient and stablest trailers, for their size, on the market to tow. The extremely low weight of the trailed is due to the unique wall and floor design which incorporates a aluminum skin on the outside and inside with a closed cell styrofoam core bonded to the aluminum. This is an aircraft technology and makes for a very strong/light structure with no wood to rot or decay. The 2720 model can be towed with most SUV’s and many mini vans. I tow it with a SUV. They are very easy to open and close with one or two people. Torsion bars balance the front and rear folding shells to make folding light and easy. All hard sided walls on the exterior and interior with solid walls on the interior bathroom. No canvas partitions, walls, windows, doors or screens. The 2720 layout has a queen size bed in the rear section and a double bed in the front. The dinette converts to a double bed by lowering the dinette table. Children are able to sleep on the settee without lowering the table.

Towing length closed is 20’ - 3” and 5’ - 5.5” high. Dry weight is 2742 lbs. Tongue weight is approx. 380 lbs. Body length open is 24’ - 4”. Outside width is 7’ - 7”. Interior headroom is 6’ - 4”.

Important standard equipment includes: 4 scissor jacks, 12 volt electrical system with 55 amp power converter and battery charger, 30 gallon gray water tank, 40 gallon fresh water tank(optional upgrade see below), Thetford 12V recirculating toilet, Tub/shower, outside shower, 6 gallon gas/110v electric water heater, Norcold 3-way(6, 12, 110 volt) refrigerator/freezer, Wedgewood 3-burner range and oven, Suburban 20,000 BTU automatic ignition furnace, twin 20 lb. gas bottles with automatic changeover, front and rear TV cable outlet, Park cable hook-up, AM/FM radio/CD player with AUX inputs for mp3 players.

Optional factory equipment includes: Air conditioning with heater, awning, TV Antenna with power amplifier, Microwave oven, Hanging kitchen cabinets, electric tongue jack, 3 drawer dresser, Swing-around tongue - reduces storage length by 2’ for easy garage storage, all woodgrain vinyl floor and 40 gallon fresh water tank.

Owner installed upgrades include:

15” tires(factory were 14”)
Self adjusting brakes to eliminate manual brake adjustments
Xantrex battery monitoring system which displays charging/discharging amps - battery voltage - percent charged and amp-hours discharged.
Two Lifeline GPL-4DA AGM house batteries for a total capacity of 400 Amp-hours. These high quality sealed batteries are long lived and hold a charge over winter storage.
Exterior fresh water fill inlet to allow the fresh water tank filling with the trailer folded down
Separate plug to tow vehicle connected to the AGM batteries with large diameter wires. This allows the tow vehicle to eliminate the need for a generator to charge the batteries. The tow vehicle at idle will charge the batteries as fast as a generator when attached to this plug. This allows you to charge the batteries whenever you need without regard to generator running hours.
Entrance door screen.
LED lights throughout.
Upgraded mattresses on both beds.
Additional 12 volt outlets.
Upgraded covers for storage areas.
Water pressure accumulator tank to prevent 12 volt water pump starting as soon as faucets are opened. Saves energy and keeps noise down when getting a glass of water at night.
New curtains throughout.
