Default Flooring replaced!

We finally replaced the flooring in our '05 2619 this weekend! Had a knee replacement this last December so had to put it off for awhile!
The removal of the carpet and was not hard , just used a little muscle to pull it up. After reading all the great posts about removal and installation it was not hard at all , the most time consuming job was getting all the staples out! After making a template with brown craft paper, we made our cuts . I cleaned the floor thoroughly and then caulked shut all the staple holes. We used loose lay sheet vinyl made by Tarkett in a honey oak color which was 1/8 " thick. We layed our "boards" across since it was a scrap piece from a flooring place here in town and it was 6 1/2 ' x 12' . We had to add a piece to the hallway at the rear bed and anchored it with double stick tape and seam sealer , all we have to do is add the moulding. It took us about 24 hrs since this was our first time laying sheet vinyl, we took our time. We are very happy with the results ! Thank you to all the previous posts on flooring , you made our first attempt much easier!

Nice! My wife would like to get rid of the carpet in our 3124. May have to do wood (or wood look).

If you're using an Apple product to post (iPad, iPhone, iPod; not sure about Macbooks) for whatever reason the forum software & iOS don't get along and you can only attach one image per post...
