New TM plant production
Has anyone heard how the production timeline
is going with TM plant move?
We have a new 2417 model ordered last fall(2014) for
delivery in April 2015. Can understand delays
with the plant moving, but not sure how
far they maybe running behind.
I do hope they put quality before speed however
:-)

We also ordered our new TM last Fall - it is somewhere on a flatbed en route between Nebraska and California right now per our dealer. Will take pics and write a delivery report up when we take delivery next week to let the forum know how well screwed-together things seem...
EDIT: Forgot to say - we ordered in October for February delivery. Hitting the road next week on a trip to attend our daughter's college graduation, so this is as late as we could stand delivery-wise. Absent the trailer we would have had no place to stay near the University. Small college town and every hotel books around graduation.

Thank you!
You will hopefully be seeing your new baby soon! Diane and I are pretty much quivering in anticipation - it seems an eternity since we ordered!

Still waiting for ours.
We ordered ours in early February for an early April delivery. We are still waiting. Cleo called Monday and said she expected ours to go out Tuesday and she would call us to confirm. Haven't heard anything yet from them. Our dealer says it hasn't left yet. It's been a frustrating wait, especially with the lack of communication from Trailmanor.

New TM Plant Production
Inghamm
You said in your earlier post that you ordered your TM in early Feb. for delivery in early April, and here it is early May. What if you would have to wait for 4 to 6 months like some have had to wait during the transition from North Carolina. to Nebraska.
You said about lack of communication from TM, you heard from one of the owners about your delivery, how is that lack of communication.
If you order something like a new car for example, do you hear from the manufacturer, no you hear from the dealer.
Remember these trailers are basically built by hand.
Delivery can be affected by a number of things, such as your TM not being ready for delivery because of something that doesn't check out at final Inspection, you have weather that can affect delivery and shipping, and possibly a host of other things.
Look at Skyjim73 who's been waiting since October and probably just took possible delivery this last week.
Same with thecrosses who have also been waiting since last fall.
I know your getting anxious and so would I, that's to be expected.
Remember as my mother used to say, "All Good Things Come to Those Who Wait"
Your Baby will get here, hopefully Real Soon.

KiKeehn,
I agree with much of what you say, and thanks for the encouragement. I'm still frustrated with the lack of communication. Our dealer could get no information at the end of March regarding if the trailer would be available by April 4th. You would think they would be able to say no, it won't be available since it still isn't ready a month later. We had planned a Spring break trip and had made a campsite reservation with full hookups, and would have made a last minute switch had we known there was no chance. Even the week of Spring Break we got misleading information, so we made another reservation that we had to cancel.

2015 2730 QB Question
If you've not seen the owners manual....don't expect too much. After replacement of AC unit by dealer and several hiccups repaired...the AC still did not work .... would be interesting to find out how mechanic checked unit to see if his work did the job!
Hubby AC/Maintenance guy himself before retirement and with all those years of experience, he had to work hours to get it to run. Old trick of the trade worked....but now, to find out why it does not work as designed or wired.
Still some other issues waiting for moldings to be revc'd from factory. The dealer has done their best to get issues resolved in a timely manner, but the problems are with the TM factory move to Nebraska....a real problem in getting needed items to do warranty repairs Honestly, if we had it to do over .... not sure TM would have been our 1st choice.
Now....does anyone in TM Wonderland have any idea what the round receptacle beside TV coax in the living room and a second one beside the QB on the lower part of the wall...is for?
Have a great camping weekend!
