Mexico for Christmas vacation, anyone?

We swore after the last trip we took to Mexico in our cabover camper that we'd never go that route again, but we were traveling alone, and have been thinking about driving to Matzatlan or PV or Cabo, from Calif, if we could find a group of people who were venturing down there during Christmas vacation.

Do any of you know of any clubs, groups, etc. who are planning a trip during December/January? Anyone interested?

Any input on available campgrounds, etc?
