Looking at a 2005 2619
This just came on the market on Jul 15. http://www.rvtraderonline.com/listin...-2619-99127973
A trade in to a dealer for a van RV. Asking price is 12,900. Does not have hanging cabinet or microwave. Does have awning, a/c, TV antenna, and swing tongue.
Appears in excellent shape. Little wear on tires and tread matches the spare. Any thoughts on price or whatever? Thanks to all replyers.

Microwave is never a big deal to me since they are so cheap to buy. Not having an oven is a big deal in my book. We use our oven a lot.
Too bad there are not any interior shots of the TM...

Thanks, It does have an oven. I did walk through it. Everything in great shape. I just think the price is a bit high.

Hanging cabinets (over sink and over stove) can be easily added.
I have a cheap microwave that I bought at Walmart 3 or 4 years ago. It has been used once. Frequently I do not even take it. We rarely have hookups, but I can run it on my portable generator.
We use the oven every trip:
Biscuits in the morning.
Chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies at night.
Sometimes as a warming drawer when we have a large group to cook for.

why do you suggest the price is high? from what I could find, seems easily in the ball park compared to other similar ones on the market.
good luck

Although I have checked previously to buying , still unsure of the right generator, generator combo to get for dry camping. Would want to run the A/C.

Congratulations on your purchase, There is already a large amount of information on the board that will help you with your TM. But to see that information you will have to become a member of the board. IMO, well worth it!
