Default Rear Skirt

I am contemplating the creation of a skirt, to wrap around the rear overhang of my 2720. The purpose is to use the area under the bed slide out for a storage spot protected from the elements.....sort of. I will use snaps to secure it to the body of the TM, and have an opening in the center for access. I am doing this is because I will live in the TM for 6 months of the year, down in FL. Has anyone tried this before, and if so, what should I look out for.

This has been discussed at some length. It is easy to use the Search tool to find it. Searching on the word "Skirt" immediately finds it at

Default Trailer skirt

I bought the skirt from TrailManor back in 2002 for our 3326King. Call the factory to see if they still make them. They are made out of the same material as the seals. It has a center zipper. It snaps on around the bed once you install the snaps. Sets up really quickly.

We also had one on our first 2 TrailManors. When we sold the units, I let the skirt go with the unit since the snaps were attached to the back bed.
