Default Winter Use of TM

Has anyone ever tried putting some type of skirt such as greenhouse film around the lower part of the TM and then running a non venting heater underneath it to keep the pipes from freezing? My wife and I have some property in the Mts. of SW VA and I was thinking of leaving the TM set up to use during the winter. We have water septic and electricity at the site and I thought we could just drain everything when we leave each weekend. Any thoughts?

Long long ago there was a discussion of skirting the camper. It was started by Colorado Cop, who is no longer a member. To the best of my recollection, this is the only substantive discussion we have had, though others might have a better memory than mine. Let's see if I can find it.

Thanks for the search. They seem to be more concerned with the bed and personal comfort. That is a consideration but what I would be more concerned with would be the pipes freezing. I guess it would be alright if I drained them every night but that would be a real pain.
