In the bathroom there is a pump sound that is always on. If I remove the fuse to the bathroom it will stop. Any ideas as to what it is? This a used TM and I have only taken it out a few times and I do not remember this sound at other times in my travels.

Could it be a fan noise? There is a switch on the panel under the sink to turn it on or off. It could have been turned on by accident.

The bathroom vent fan is quite loud, so as Scott says, that could be it. There is also a fan in the converter that you could be hearing, especially if you have an older model (pre-2005, more or less) TM - and of course pulling the bathroom fuse would not stop that one.

I'm not sure what a "pump sound" sounds like.

Scott;
You were correct. It was the fan. I did not know that there was on there. Thank you.

I nominate this fan issue for second place of most frequently encountered gotchas, right behind the hidden switch for the interior front lights.
