A couple of suggestions would be to cut a small slit in the flooring and inject an adhesive to the subfloor. Then use a heavy roller to smooth out the bubble and weight the area down until dry.
One of the things that occurs to me when I hear someone asking about a bubble on the flooring is a possible water leak. If the floor feels soft in the area of the bubble then you may need to investigate much further. I replaced my vinyl flooring with a wood style plank laminate from end to end. It's a much appreciated update for older units and takes 1/2 day to one day to complete. 3 boxes of laminate material is fairly inexpensive.
