Viable company??

My parents had trailers, and I have owned and used trailers. I really like the TM concept and would like to get a new one. I had one phone call with TM sales and he told me who the nearest dealer to me was. I called the dealer and they said they were not now and never had been a dealer. Subsequent phone calls, messages left, emails sent are all unanswered. Was told they would start production in the new factory in October.

What is going on? Is this a viable company?

They went through some rough times including a (poor, in hindsight) decision to move from Tennessee to Nebraska. They are currently in transition to new owners, who are building a new facility in South Dakota. So the short answer to the question whether TrailManor is a viable company, is only time will tell.
