Value-What is it worth?

hello there folks!

Trying to get into a used unit, the prices we see out there do not correlate with NADA. Which source should I use to know fair price? -

Thank you

One reason for apparent disagreement is that the NADA site offers a whole page of "options", and as part of the valuation, you are supposed to check off which options are in the unit you are evaluating. Problem is that almost none of the things on the list are "options". Most were standard items when the TM was built. Depending on the year, there were only 4 or 5 or 6 options.

This fact sometimes causes the seller to value his unit overly high.
