Used TM Buyers Checklist?

Am new to campers and actively searching for our dream used-TM, and was wondering if anyone could suggest a checklist for going over the unit before purchase, especially things experienced owners know to look for. Is there a thread archive where this might already reside? Appreciate any advice, love the forum. Thanks
