SOLD. Reduced to 7,000. Selling our TM as we need more sleeping spaces for the grandkids. This model has been well taken care of and is in good condition. King bed in the back and jack knife sofa in the front. Lots of storage with many cabinets, wardrobe and small permanent dresser Unit has professionally installed laminate flooring, replaced window curtains, replaced vent covers and anode. Tires are 15" Carlisle E rated in good condition. 3-way refrigerator, ac, heater, hot water heater, inside and outside shower all work as they should. Unit has a recirculating toilet that works fine.
