Hi, I have a 2006 3023 in very good condition. It was garages most of its life including the time that I have owned it. We love the trailer and the only reason our family of 5 wants to sell it is because we want the garage space for a boat since the kids are getting older and we have a lake across the street. This is by far the best trailer I have ever owned and ai grew up doing a lot of RV camping. This trailer pulls like a dream and did everything we needed it to do and did it well.
