Mice and rodents getting into my TrailManor has been a constant issue since I've owned it - and the damage they do, chewing , nesting, peeing, pooping is just awful ....

FINALLY I have a proven solution to STOPPING rodents from getting into your TRAILMANOR !!

My 2619 was parked for 6 months covered with a tarp and NOT a single rodent got into my rig so I am confident my solution works 100%

Rodents ONLY get into your rig by climbing, tires, jacks or low hanging tarps or RV covers.

The solution .... STOP them from being able to climb in. It really is as simple as that.

So here is what I did - A large roll of roofing aluminum flashing - or you can buy an 4x8 sheet of corrugated tin roofing and cut it to size. I did both. But a sheet of corrugated tin roofing is cheaper than a roll of aluminum flashing.

The pictures are the best description. But the 20 mins it takes for me to put these RODENT BARRIERS around my rig is well worth it.

You can use duct tape or HVAC tape to tape the ends together - but when the barriers are in place NO mice will be able to get into your rig.

YES I agree it's a PITA - and an extra step - but no more mouse POO to clean up , or pee stains or nests or dead mice or damage to your bedding, sofa's or mattresses etc etc ... trust me it's worth the effort.

Anyway if you've been plagued by rodents in your rig I hope this solution helps - It certainly has for me.

Remember - If they CAN"T climb it - they can't get in.

12 inches height …. And if they ever jump or climb over it I’ll remake and increase the height …. But after 6 months of having it parked with the metal barriers in place there was not a single piece of mouse evidence anywhere in the TM and none of my multiple rodent poison blocks were touched . In my experience - crime don’t climb - and if I do ever experience a ‘mission impossible mouse’ determined to get into my TM he’s still going to find rodent poison waiting for him to consume. Fingers crossed my solution continues to work for me.
