You really need to implement or tighten up your quality system. Customers have the right to expect perfection. I would highly suggest implementing a Lean and/or Six Sigma approach to your business it will improve quality, lower costs ultimately, and greatly improve customer satisfaction. Quality and reliability is one of the most improtant customer value aspects. You have a great concept and a product that could be great if customers didn't have to put up with so many minor (at least so far for me and several others that I have talked to) quality misses at delivery.
