Paid Renewal now what?

I got a message saying my membership was expiring next week so I followed the payment link and made a payment on 11-11 via paypal. Well after that my membership reverted back being a guest even though my membership had not expired yet and I had just paid for one year. I tried to PM "Chris", but it has since blocked me from accessing PM's or at least sending one because I am a guest now.

Can someone tell me what to do or who to talk to? Paypal payment was from [email protected] $12.99 one year membership paid on 11-11-16

Interesting - the one year subscription should be $12 not $12.99.

There have been issues in the past, similar to yours.

I have also sent a note to Chris. He is very good about this stuff, but the process itself can be kind of slow - it occasionally takes a week for everything to go through.
