ordering parts

Anyone have any suggestions on how to contact the parts department ? I called back in September and was told they would start shipping in November when the move was completed, and would call me. I've called and left messages and emailed them recently but have gotten no response. Just wondering if there is another number besides the one on their website? ( (605) 239-4002 is the number I called)
