Here's a suggestion for the factory: Put the manual for all of the TM's out on your website. Also include links to manuals for the appliances installed. Maybe sort it by year. I suspect it would get more sales too - lots of TM pre-owners would want to see what is involved with the TM before they buy one.

In reading through this site I have noticed a lot of used TM owners. If TM doesn't want free manuals to go out to everyone why not have a link where an owner could enter their VIN and get a PDF copy for their particular TM. Maybe even providing copies of the manuals for the appliances as well.
