I'm looking for guidence on adjustment procedures of the torsion bars on a 2027.

Looking for ways to make unit opening easier. i seeking a "starting
point" or an "initial point" to set the adjuster screws to before making final adjustments.

As a Guest, I've followed this site during my search for a TM Camper, and now as a member/owner thank you for all I've learned.

Still learning the site posting practices...

You will often find answers to technical questions like this in the Trail Manor Technical Library. When you first log in, you see a group of forums called Trail Manor Owners Community, and the Tech Library is in that list. A quick browse through the articles brings up this one, titled Torsion Bar adjustments.

Hope it helps you.

You can also use the Search function in the blue bar at the top of the pages, though I admit this function is a little funky.

If you use the search function, use the one in the TMO website tool bar not the one that says Google in it.

Thank you for these items of information in such a timely manner. I can see that I will be spending some time under my TM. Now to find a space where I can open the unit and make an evaluate the needs, then make adjustments.

Thanks to All

Beeman, welcome to the forum. If I might suggest, add the version of TM you have and any upgrades to your signature.
You can find that under "User CP" under edit signature.
