Hi all,

New to owning a TrailManor. I just recently purchased a 2024 3124KB from I29 RV (next to the factory). So far I'm a fan, but have had some lot rot issues: rotted out rubber bumpers that the upper sections sits on the frame when collapsed

cracked roof vent and AC unit sealant, rusted torsion bar/frame components, missing awning support leg. Does anyone know of a quality shop in the north of Denver Front Range area to help with these warranty repairs?

I'm also looking into a lift kit, but might want to go higher than the factory offered kit (3 - 4" is my thought). Does anyone know a suitable square tube block I could adapt?

Thank you all for your input in advance... I'm sure I'll have other questions along the way.

You have a 2024 TM, so why do you want to lift it? You don't say if this is a used or new camper, so can you clarify that. Those bumpers ate fairly normal, but if you want to change them, you can. Clean up the rust you see and treat it with a rust resistant paint. The crack on the a/c could be stop drilled to prevent further cracking and either covered with a silicon sealant or a glue. You could reach out to Fiama for the missing part.

Thanks for the input. This was purchased new in February 2025. My preferred avenue would be to have a shop fix these issues under warranty, but the nearest authorized shop is a days drive from me.

As for the lift, my plan was to be able to take the trailer further offroad. Not extreme off road, but the longer length and low hanging spare tire, battery tray, and plumbing might be an issue for clearance.

Is your awning made by Fiamma? What is the model number?
At least for a short while, TM was installing a legless awning, meaning it did not use support legs. AS AN EXAMPLE ONLY, Fiamma makes a model called the F-80 Eagle 66 Legless Awning. I'm not saying that this is what TM used - but legless awnings do exist.

Apologies for the delayed response, Bill. It is a Fiamma. I don't currently know the model number but, I consulted the owners manual for it that was provided with the trailer. It specifically states you have to use the support legs otherwise damage will occur.

For some reason, there was only one leg installed on the forward facing part of the awning. The rear leg and fascia clip were missing and I only noticed this after taking delivery of the trailer.

I did a pretty extensive walk through at the dealer to test all systems, but overlooked this aspect.

Trevor, you could contact Fiamma customer service. Explain the new camper was missing those items and see if they'd be willing to send the needed item? They may want to charge you, but they might send you those needed parts at no cost. Some companies do the right thing, ya never know until ya ask.
