THIS IS A UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POST. SYSTEM ISN'T ALLOWING AN EDIT.
Original Owner with clear title in-hand Excellent condition with limited use. Maybe less than 9,000 miles Fully loaded, with all the factory extra option equipment both inside and outside also some upgrades.
It was home garage stored inside. It is Now UNWINTERIZED, WASHED AND WAXED WITH ALL SYSTEMS TESTED AND WORKING. Stove never used, always cooked outside or used the UPGRADED MICROWAVE THAT IS A CONVECTION OVEN AND AIR FRYER ALONG WITH MAKING COFFEE.
The kitchen cupboards have small kitchen appliances; Mr Coffee maker, a small toaster oven, a small crockpot, and a single electric burner-again I have never used the 3 burner stove. There is a small selection of pots and pans, storage containers, a selection of paper plates and bowls. Coffee cups and glasses, and in the drawers a selection of kitchen utensils and plastic eating utensils.
In the bathroom there is a hanging 3 pocket storage unit for your daily needs, a 3 pole hanging washrag/hand towel, in the tub area is a caddy for shampoos and soaps. I increased the shower curtain that allows for more protection. I also attached a decrotive plastic curtain to protect the walls and prevent water going behind onto the mattress. Works very well. We completely use the shower daily. It has the Thetford toilet and I have included all of the chemicals. I will explain how to use the chemicals. We have absolutely no problem with using this bathroom. I have left the toilet paper and other items under the sink and in the other 3 shelve cupboard.
The bed is a 78" x 78" and is made with 3 wonderful UTIPIA KING PILLOWS, blankets and comforter. We slept with our head at the big window, so we didn't have to climb over each other. It also comes with a hanging TV with a cable attachment to the TM TV antenna. Works great. I am including the collapsible 2 step for getting up and down. There is a extra set of sheets and blankets in the Wardrobe cupboard along with a included cloth shelving unit.
Below the wardrobe are 2 huge drawers and in one of them is a really nice set of bath towels, hand towels, wash rags and dish towels and rags. I have 2 removeable wooden shelves attached to the wardrobe that I use for spices, and other small items. Must come down for transport.
In the livingroom, I had TM cut in a extra door under the couch to store thing. Above the couch are additional storage units that I have left additional glasses/thermo mugs and bags and rages.
I made two little accent lamps that makes it cozy lighting in the evening. I am leaving a small wooden cabinet with a small drawer and hanging file; we used that for the living room TV that I am leaving in the camper. My husband upgraded the Sound system to a Pioneer AM/FM/CD BT Radio.
I made my own curtains thru out. I like half curtains in campers for addtl privacy during the day. The originals are included with the items in a box. I am also including all TM booklets, and booklets for all additional items.
Outside we are including a gas Grill/ cooking utensils/ cover and TM has a optional plumbed w/Quick Disconnect for Gas Grill. The Front Window w/Curtains and Stone Guard. Roof-mounted 100-watt Solar Panel W/Digital Controller, Rear Bike Receiver, Electric Tongue Jack, HD TV Antenna w/Amp, Low-profile ACW/Heater, Awning with middle support arm under the mattress, I also made a magnetic bug screen door.
We are also including a Camco Rhino 28-Gallon Portable Camper/RV Tote Tank, Surge protector, Back up camera with in vehicle Garmin.
