Looking for a 2720

I am a Rockwood 1970ESP owner in Central Texas who is looking at TrailManor as an alternative due to the hard walls. I am most interested in a 2720 (or possibly a 2619), although I wouldn't rule out another model if it makes sense. I can travel for the transaction, although the less distance to pick up the trailer the better.

Some things I am interested in:
  • I am leaning towards the one with the sofa slide out, but I'm not absolutely set on it. I travel solo more than I travel with someone, so having a sofa or dinette instead of a bed up front makes some sense. Still, the one with a front bed is more of a comparison to my current setup.
  • I prefer something 2006 or newer, although I'd consider an older model in excellent condition, especially if it has an updated interior.
  • Trailer is in excellent shape and has been properly cared for and maintained.
  • Swing away hitch (not as critical for TrailManors larger than 2720 since larger ones won't fit in my garage)
  • Solar system in place (It's not a deal breaker, as I will add solar if it doesn't already have it or possible upgrade if the solar is out of date, although factory solar provides a good framework/diagram for follow-on upgrades.)
  • Since I still have my 1970ESP, I don't necessarily need the TrailManor immediately... so, if you are considering selling your unit later this year, I may have interest.

Hi @rpederson ,

Thanks for reaching out. Currently I am focused on 2720s and 2619s because I want to avoid having to rent storage for my trailer.

Hi All!
Last Thursday, I left Texas for Colorado to purchase a 2004 2619 from a member here, although I don't know what his handle here is. I'm pretty happy with it so far, as he had updated the interior and exterior, repainted and resealed the roof, added 200W of solar to the roof, added the TM plumbing guard and generally saw his TM as a labor of love.

I'm looking forward to many travel adventures in my new (to me) 2619!
