List of must have/awesome to have for new TM owner?

Hello everyone, does anyone have a good resource or want to offer a list, we are planning to buy a new TM early this next year, our wish is probably for a 3124KS. We are first time RV owners. We want to make sure we stay grounded and know that there are some "must have" items that we will need to be able to use the rig. Other than whatever comes with the rig at purchase, what is a list of items we will HAVE to have. Things that come to mind are: wheel chocks, an under-mattress airflow mat, etc. We want to have an idea of what we will need to spend to make things usable, aside from buying the rig Thank you!
