Kudos to TM & Tim at Chesapeake RV

I sent a list of complaints and grips, with pictures, to TM and copied my dealer. He appologized for not getting back sooner and said that he had spoken with TM and that all my "issues" (trailer issues, not my mental ones ) would be addressed or parts replaced, at no charge.

If more dealers ran thier businesses like that TM would be the best selling trailer in the world!

We purchased ours from Tim in Chesapeake, we agree wholeheartedly! Tim is great and is selling the best travel trailer! Most of the other dealers could take lessons from Tim!

Definitely and obviously Super1 RV in Conyers Georgia needs to take lessons from them! Talk them up: Obviously for more than a few people on this forum they (Chesapeake RV) have earned the right for anyone within reasonable distance to give their business to them, no different than they need to be warned and to stay away from Super1RV.
