What are you towing with? For most of us getting a weight distribution hitch of some sort helps a lot. A log of us like the Andersen weight distribution hitch. If you have a front wheel drive vehicle or a smaller tow vehicle, it's absolutely needed. If you have an F350 or Chevy Suburban it's not needed.
