How to subscribe to TrailManor Form

I would like to know how to subscribe to this form. I find it a very valuble source for TM information. You folks that got this up and running have contributed a wonderful service and need to be congratulated for it! :biggrinbo Do we still send checks to Chris T. and is the rate still $12.
Is that one time or per year? Thanks for your help in advance :new_smile
