I am a new owner of a 2009 2720SL, and joined to learn and contribute to the camping lifestyle. I bought it from a co worker of my son who just wanted it out of his driveway, so we made a deal and brought it home.

It has been prior recommended

to apply grease to the torsion spring bars where their surfaces act like bearings.
There are a few areas under your TM to do this, and I think it is a good lube to do.

Then, well, delve into all the rest. Have fun and enjoy camping!
