GMC Acadia and a TM

I've been reading the forum for a few weeks, and am considering a 3124SL. I'm a little concerned about weights. The Acadia has the trailering package and is rated to pull 4,500 lbs; the GCVW is 9700 lbs. It has a wheelbase of 118", and the engine is a 3.6L Vortec V6 (267 hp). Any estimates about the weight of a 3124SL with lots of options and gear loaded for a trip?

Thanks, Leon. I think you confirmed my suspicions about the 3124KS being too much for my TV. We are going to look at TM's tomorrow, so I'll concentrate on the 2720 models. Now, I guess, I have to worry about the 14" tires. This is a great web site--although I feel an information overload right now. But, as you said, caution is key.

We'll be down your way sometime because my wife has family in the McAllen area.
