Hi all,
We bought our TM four years ago and I've been using the same two fresh water hoses that the previous owners gave us. I've occasionally let bleach water sit in the hoses for a while and then flush them out as a way to sanitize them. I've recently heard on some podcasts that some people recommend replacing their water hoses every year, but then I also read where some people just keep using the same hoses until they wear out. Some people seem to think that hose material gradually breaks down in the heat/sun over time causing pollutants to leach into water. What are your thoughts on this? Does anyone have real sources about any of this? Do you put your filter on the RV side of the hose or on the spigot side of the hose?
Thanks in advance and take care.
