Anyone know what part this is? I need to replace it. The plastic part that goes around the a/c unit. Circled in yellow in the photo? (Not my photo)

That might be the A/C cowl, interior. You could reach out to a TM dealer closest to you to confirm that.

That A/C interior frame helps to separate the interior 'air intake' (closer to the middle) from the 'output' colder air, directed forward and backwards at the ends. The intake contains a pair of basic washable filters, which can be cleaned a bit when they get dirty. They can be upgraded a bit to catch more airborne dirt, but use replacement media with large holes, or you'll cut the air flow down too much. (Definitely plastic with only slightly smaller gaps, NOT upgrading to any sort of paper).

They tend to be very expensive. Instead of buying a replacement, could you maybe tape the broken parts of the one you have now? (I'd use aluminum foil tape on the back side, because it's stronger than the plastic '181-B' duct tape products, and totally unaffected by water drips on the aluminum surface.) Are the controls OK?

Might a small amount of pvc glue work on the shroud?

I think that hidden aluminum tape will work better than glue, because there is only a tiny cross-section of contact are for that glue to grab on each piece. (In PVC pipe assembly, glue joints are made with about 1/2 inch of contact length smeared along the ends of the two pieces, while the 1/16 thickness of the venting shield plastic won't give enough surface area).

2" wide tape can be trimmed away were that width causes visible overhangs. The contacting portions should be pressed in hard, using a tape roller or the bulging back side of a kitchen spoon. I've done that tape repair on my TM's broken "rear window guard" (the tilt-up plastic panel with metal braces), and it has held up nicely.
