Customer Service Seems to a be a Problem

I keep reading about how great the customer service is, as a new owner, I have not experienced this.

I call customer service and I always just get a voice recording that says leave your info and we will get back to you. Never happens.

I send e-mails with questions and never get a reply.

To what customer service are you referring to? This forum, the factory, the dealer you bought the camper from? Please provide a bit more clarification.

It’s amazing to me the range of results people get. I, and several others, have never had an issue. Others seem to not be able to get ahold of them.
