This is a very upgraded, customised Trailmanor 2720SL. She is built with everything to go "dry-camping". You will no longer need electrical or sewer hook-ups. This Trailmanor is totally self-contained.

The trailer folds down for towing and storage to 20' long. Fully opened for camping, it's just over 24' long.

It has been upgraded with 400W of solar, 2000W pure sine wave inverter and a 110V-4.5cf Frigidaire mini-fridge (double the capacity of original fridge) that runs off of the lithium battery and solar. All LED lights, including 11' long LED strip light under the awning.

You will no longer have to be concerned about electrical consumption or failing batteries. This electrical system (12V and 110V) needs no regular maintenance, it's completely carefree. You can use the 4.5cf fridge (and other devices) while traveling, camping or just sitting at home. If you pull into a campsite that has electrical service, you may choose to use the campground power. It's as simple as always, just plug in and your electrical will automatically switch over from your inverter to the campground's electricity. You don't have to do a thing.

This Trailmanor has been retrofitted with an RV flushing toilet and 13G black-water (fiberglass) holding tank. The bathroom shower has been "enlarged" with a custom shower enclosure.

It has a custom sewer plumbing cage (to protect against tire blow-outs).

Custom (under trailer) sewer hose holder. 4-new 6,000# leveling jacks. Electric tongue jack. 5,000# axle with new trailer brake assemblies.

2-new horizontal propane tanks (full of propane).

The modifications on this trailer would cost you over $10,000 to have installed at an RV repair shop. I have well over $4,000 in top quality components and untold of hours of labor in these modifications.

This Trailmanor came from the factory with a "Swing-away" trailer tongue. That means that it can be stored in a 18.5' deep garage when 1 pin is removed and the trailer tongue swings all the way out of the way.

We recently purchased and customised this trailer. Our intentions were to keep this as our last retirement camping trailer but health issues have dictated otherwise. Our loss is your gain.

If you are unfamiliar with the TrailManor folding trailer, go to youtube and search for "TrailManor".

Sale price $15,950
