My wife and I are the original owners of our 07 2720sl. I'm kind of embarrassed to share this rather private issue but I thought there might be one or two members who'd get a chuckle out it. I'm willing to make a fairly sizeable bet that we have the only 18 year old trailer that has NEVER had a tissue or a bowel movement deposited in its recirculating toilet. We've always stayed at campgrounds and we both have an aversion to making such deposits in the trailer - so close to where we eat and sleep - especially recirculating those deposits for days at-a-time. So, we only empty our bladders in the trailer and my wife deposits her tissues in a dry container. We do have Wag Bags in case of midnight emergencies but I think that has only happened once. As you might guess - our trailer has been well-taken care of. Chances are - someday it'll belong to one of you (I'm 73) and you'll get to brag that "not a single person has ever pooped in your trailer". You'll have fun with that little bit of history. Oh, my brother once tried to make a deposit - just to spite me - but I practically tackled him to preserve my toilet's virginity. Blessings to all. Eric

We have an '04 3023SL, that has never had a big deposit in it, since we've owned it - 2021.

We own the best engineered trailer out there, bought used, a 2619. We also have a Thedford. We were sick with Norwalk [norovirus] two trips ago and first used the toilet. The worst of it was, the dump valve was accidentally part way closed. A month later, we opened up our trailer to repack and we gagged over the smell, all due to the dump valve being asleep at the wheel. It was Norwalk all over again the next time we camped.. To dump the toilet, I had a brilliant idea. We had a container for our dog's needs and used it with a funnel to empty the toilet, transported it in the back of our SUV, but it sloshed all over and some landed on the rubber mat. Excellent idea to put the mat there and cleaned that up with my shirt.. The vault toilets at the campground were closer so smart me, decided to dump that container in the those toilets. Unfortunately, a child being carried his father, had the same Norwalk we got and was hurling as his father tried to get him to the vault toilets. It just so happened to be the same time as I wanted to empty my treasure. Had to go the dump station to dump the misery of Norwalk. Did so with some success. Since the toilet had baked in the heat of our miserable weather, some stuck to the bottom of the container and I had no way to wash it out. I left it in the garbage, but the garbage bins were full, hence I left it on top thinking of how smart I was. Later that day we left the campsite and the container was not there. Someone must have thought it was a grand idea to take that with them. Norwalk all over again for them.
