We aren't used to this 10 degree weather here in S.C.!
It has enabled me to move my TM to the car port tho. My yard is not level and with all the rain we had lately I could not move the trailer. My TV would just spin in the wet grass. Well it is frozen solid now and when I hooked up to it , it pulled up the slope with no problem. So, I've got it under the car port where I wanted it.
Before daylight this morning the DW left the dogs out to use the BR. She heard a beeping coming from the TM. She woke me to tell me the TM was beeping. I was pretty sure I had disconnected the battery before I closed the trailer up, so I didn't think it was the low battery warning. I waited till it got light and opened the TM. It was the smoke detector letting me know that the battery was low in it!
:cwmddd:When I tried to fasten the left side of the door to the little clamp that holds it, I couldn't get it to fit. the shell wouldn't come close enough to the side of the trailer to enable me to slide the pin into the clamp. I discovered that the canvas cushion that seals the gap was full of water and had frozen solid! it was too fat to allow the two parts to join. Anyone else ever experienced this?

No, but it sounds like there is some type of leak that you normally would not see if it did not freeze??? Was the camper sitting level or slightly lower in the rear??
