We found a great source for new recipes... Chef in your Backpack. We are trying a few out and found them to be ok to good. We are still trying them out at home. The recipes are made so you can prepare at home and take with for later cooking/combining.

Good to hear. Let us know what you have tried and what is worth cookin' up or not! Always looking for good, quick-n-easy recipes for camping. Making up menus is my worst nightmare concerning camping!!

So far all the recipes we have tried have been quite good. We have been preparing the day prior, or morning, and then cook it up at night.
