Antenna Tips: Where to Point

I think I might have already posted this information but here are two links that I use to find which channels to look for and the best direction to point the TM antenna for best reception of the most local channels.

Note: After inputting the desired camp address, the tv location diagram in the second link shows "True North" directions but the far right column in the table gives the "Magnetic North" directions. Carry a compass or look at your TV compass then point your antenna to the best direction for most "strong" television channels.

We still have a CRT TV in the trailer, when we use the converter box it gives you a signal strength that helps you tune it in.

When we're using the new digital TV, I just look around the campground to see where everyone else has their TV antenna pointed.

The new TV has crummy sound. We prefer to use the old one, but only when we have hookups.
