After winter storage!

This was here after winter storage. Can’t quite figure it out. It’s more than dust but not hard. Doesn’t seem to have come from anything I can locate.

Beads of foam? Your first pic suggests the beads dropped down from above. Did you have any styrofoam stuff (plates, cups, etc) above that area? Or possibly mice or chipmunks got into a floor/wall/ceiling panel, and they excavated for nesting. If all other efforts fail, look for entry points, especially outside under the floor.
 
One other thing. If the beads are nice and round, they are probably not nibbles from the foam slabs in the TM walls or roof. These would be more like irregular chips.

Round beads are more characteristic of foam cups/plates, or slabs of packing foam such as you would find as padding in an Amazon package. For these uses, a zillion small round beads are dumped into a mold, and pressed and heated until they stick together. They come apart into the same collection of round beads.
