Actual weights

I have searched but cannot find a link to actual weights of trailmanor units. I have seen some posts were people have there weights, but would like to see more. I would really like to know axle and tounge weights, specifically of models 2720, 3023, and 3124. It seem there should not be much difference between the last two according to dry weights. I realize everyones will be different and have seen where alot of you are close to 4000lbs. Is this a good estimate? I really like the 3124 because of the king, but may have to go with the 2720 because of the weight.
I have a 2005 sienna I really want to use, but also an f-250 diesel I could if I had to for longer trips. Also any info from anyone specifically towing with a sienna is appreciated. Thanks

my 3124KB weighed at the CAT scale was 3280#. Empty propane tanks, but with a 12v DC battery. I have awning and TV antenna. That was dry weight meaning no gray tank or fresh water contents or Thetford contents. I have roof A/C, wardrobe, kitchen hanging cabinet. No microwave in the unit that day, no camping gear, and empty refridgerator. My certificate of title reads 3300#. The Sienna is rated at 3500# max and a 350# tongue weight. The tongue weight on the 3124KB is close to 500# or more, I think. I'm sure someone will correct me on that soon.

Thank you. That spread sheet was just the info I was looking for. Also thanks for the weight on the 3124.
